1. Nature of Service

Occultous provides metaphysical insights based on astrology, numerology, and cartomancy, enhanced by artificial intelligence.

• ✦No Professional Advice: The information provided by Occultous does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• ✦User Responsibility: You agree that any actions you take based on the information provided by the app are your own responsibility. Occultous is not liable for any life decisions or outcomes resulting from the use of our tools.

2. Eligibility

By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Use of the service by anyone under 18 is prohibited due to the collection of personal birth data and payment processing requirements.

3. Accounts and Data Retention

• ✦Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate birth data (date, time, and location) to ensure the functionality of your Occult Blueprint.
• ✦Cancellation: If you cancel a paid subscription, your account remains active and is downgraded to a Free Account at the end of your current billing cycle.
• ✦The Blueprint Guarantee: Upon downgrading to a Free Account, you retain permanent access to your Occult Blueprint (Natal Chart, Numerology, and Destiny Cards) as long as your account exists.
• ✦Account Deletion: Account deletion is permanent. All birth data, blueprints, and history will be wiped immediately and cannot be recovered.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• ✦Billing Cycles: Occultous offers weekly ($5.99/week) and monthly ($19.99/month) subscriptions.
• ✦Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• ✦Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
• ✦Access After Cancellation: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have full paid access until the end of your current paid period.
• ✦No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial use or early cancellation.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI Oracle and interpretation tools utilize the OpenAI API.

• ✦Subjectivity: You acknowledge that AI interpretations are experimental and subjective.
• ✦Usage Limits: Free accounts receive 5 complimentary Oracle consultations. We reserve the right to implement fair use limits on AI interactions to ensure service stability for all users.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, algorithms, Occult Blueprint logic, and branding of Occultous are the exclusive property of Occultous. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Occultous and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
